- 1. Introduction
- These terms and conditions are considered the agreed basis between the companyDr Event(referred to as "the first party" or "the company") and the client (referred to as "the second party") for organizing events, exhibitions, or conferences. Once the booking is confirmed or the deposit is paid, the client is considered to have agreed to these terms.
- 2. Scope of Services

- 3. Payment and Settlement Policy
Deposit:A deposit of[for example, 50%]of the total amount must be paid upon signing the contract to confirm the booking.

Cancellation more than[30]days before the event: the client will receive a refund of[percentage]of the amount paid.
