3. 1. Introduction

These terms and conditions are considered the agreed basis between the companyDr Event(referred to as "the first party" or "the company") and the client (referred to as "the second party") for organizing events, exhibitions, or conferences. Once the booking is confirmed or the deposit is paid, the client is considered to have agreed to these terms.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of event organization and pre-booking of resources, the following cancellation policy applies:

   • Cancellation less than[15]On the day of the event: The client is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.

   • Cancellation less than[3]days: The client is obligated to pay the full value of the contract.

5. Force Majeure

Dr Eventis not responsible for any delay or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond its control (such as natural disasters, epidemics, security disturbances, or sudden government decisions). In these cases, both parties agree to postpone the event or settle only the actual costs incurred.6. Intellectual Property Rights and Photography

Dr Event

has the right to document events (photos/videos) and use them for marketing purposes and to showcase previous work on its website and accounts, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event starts.7. Governing LawThese terms and conditions are governed by the laws of
