Our company announces a job opportunity for a female coordinator to join our team specialized in organizing trips, conferences, and international exhibitions.
📍 Work Location:Company headquarters – Al-Harithiya, Al-Kindi Street
📆 Working days and hours:10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 days a week)
💰Salary:A competitive salary determined by experience and competence
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- High organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners
- Quick thinking and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities
- Preparing simple price quotes and following up on emails.
- Full coordination of procedures (registration – visa – flight and hotel bookings) and arranging travel schedules and preparing files for participants.
- Updating customer data on the CRM and scheduling tasks.
- Following up on bookings and providing friendly support to customers when needed.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent Arabic and good English (reading/writing/speaking).
- High organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer use: Word, Excel, Email, and Google Workspace, and the ability to learn Odoo/CRM quickly.
Additional Features (not mandatory)
- Previous knowledge of medical sector events/exhibitions and their seasons.
- Basic knowledge of visa regulations for Iraq, Gulf countries, and Europe.
- Experience in travel agencies or conference organization.
- Basic design skills to prepare trip profiles and programs (Canva).
